Detailed Step-by-Step Procedure for PMIUS Services Pvt Ltd (PMIUS Professional Services)
1. Enrollment Process:
  • Candidates can enroll through our website www.pmiusservices.com.
  • Upon successful enrollment and payment confirmation, the enrollment process is considered complete.
2. Course Duration & Learning Delivery:
  • The full course duration spans 90 to 120 days from the date of enrollment.
  • ​The training is 100% self-paced; No live training sessions will be provided.
  • Learning is delivered through digital study materials and pre-recorded video lectures.​
3. Payment, Invoice & Learning Material Dispatch:
  • After payment confirmation, the invoice, study materials, and video lectures will be shared within 10 working days.
  • ​All learning content is shared only once via email.
  • Training materials and videos are non-transferable and strictly restricted to the enrolled candidate.​
4. Pre-Board Examination & Initial Certification:
  • A Pre-Board Examination is scheduled 24 to 48 hours after payment, conducted through the official exam portal.
  • ​Multiple attempts are not allowed for the pre-board examination.
  • Within 48 to 72 hours after the pre-board exam attempt, candidates receive an Initial PC Softcopy, which indicates “Under Training”.​
5. Final Examination:
  • The final examination is conducted online only.
  • ​Candidates must attempt the final exam between 90 to 120 days from enrollment.
  • ​Multiple attempts are not permitted for the final examination.
6. Final Certification Issuance:
  • Upon successful completion of the final exam, the Final PC Softcopy Certificate will be issued within 15 days.
  • The final certificate will clearly state “Successfully Certified”.
  • ​Certificates are issued only in digital format; no physical or hard copies are provided.
  • Certificates are issued using abbreviated course titles. 
  • Examples: Resilience Coach Training → RCT​, Decision Making Mastery Training → DMMT.
7. Pre-Examination Reward Policy:
  • Candidates who score 80% or above in the designated pre-board examination will be eligible for a complimentary gift.
  • ​Eligible candidates will receive 5+ gift options, items worth upto 50k-100k subject to availability and company discretion.
  • By qualifying, candidates consent to the use and display of their photograph on the company’s official website and promotional platforms.
  • Gifts will be dispatched within 45 to 60 days from the result declaration date
  • Manufacturer warranty will be included where applicable
  • Courier tracking details will be shared via registered email
  • OTP required for delivery verification will be shared by the company

    The company reserves the right to modify, substitute, or discontinue the reward offer without prior notice, as per operational and legal requirements.
8. Refund Policy:
  • No refund will be applicable after attempting any exam (Pre-Board or Final).
  • A 90% refund is applicable only before attempting any exam.
  • There is no 100% refund policy under any circumstances.
  • A 10% deduction will apply to all refunds to cover digital study materials and content access costs.

Application Submission

  • Learners submit their online application through our website.

  • After successful submission, our Advisory Team reaches out to the learner for initial engagement and guidance.

  • A detailed email is then shared outlining the end-to-end process flow and applicable fee structure. Where permitted, payment may also be accepted through an authorized professional expert trainer account.

Consultation & Guidance

  • During the interaction, the team explains the program’s learning structure and examination stages.

  • The complete certification journey and progression pathway are also outlined.

Enrollment Confirmation & Payment

  • Upon confirmation and successful completion of the fee payment, a GST-compliant invoice is issued within 6 hours.

  • Pre-board study resources are shared with the learner within 24 hours.

Diagnostic Assessment

  • A Diagnostic Assessment (Pre-Board Examination) is conducted within 24–48 hours of payment to evaluate the learner’s existing domain knowledge.

  • Prior to the assessment, the Support Team connects with the learner to provide guidance on the assessment process and requirements.

Pre-Board Evaluation Results 

  • Assessment results are communicated to the learner via email within 24–48 hours of completion.

  • A Pre-Board Professional Certificate, marked “Under Training”, is issued to indicate the learner’s ongoing progress.

Merit-Based Reward

  • Learners scoring 80% or above qualify for a reward.

  • One reward can be selected from Five + available options, which will be delivered accordingly.

Self-Paced Learning Phase

  • Learners receive recorded video lectures within 15 days on payment.

  • Learning duration is 90–120 days.

Final Assessment

  • A Final Assessment is conducted between 90-120 days.

Final Certificate

  • Upon successful completion of the program, the Final Certificate is issued to the learner.

  • The certificate will clearly indicate the status as “Certified.”

Continuous Support

  • The PMI team remains connected throughout the journey to provide continuous guidance.
